How does it work?
Your gift voucher works in three steps:
- You buy online — choose a package and activity. You immediately receive a unique code by email (plus a printable PDF to pass on).
- You share the code — by email, on a printed card, or tucked into an envelope. The voucher is not name-specific: the code is all that's needed to redeem it.
- The recipient books — they schedule their session online or by phone, providing their code at booking or presenting the voucher at the base on the day.
💡 Good to know: The voucher is valid until 31 December of the year following purchase
— a voucher bought in July 2026 can be used until 31 December 2027. No pressure to plan straight away. Perfect for gifting in winter or spring ahead of next summer's adventure.

What's included
- Full supervision: state-certified instructor, briefing, equipment provided (wetsuit, buoyancy aid, helmet — plus fins for hydrospeed).
- Complete session: 3 hours in total, from arrival to return to the base.
- Non-personal: the voucher can be used by anyone — it's the code that matters, not the purchaser's name.
Terms of use
- Validity: until 31 December of the year following the date of purchase.
- Booking: the recipient contacts the base to choose a date and time slot. Availability is limited in peak season — book early.
- Rescheduling: any reschedule request must be made at least 48 hours before the appointment — the voucher remains valid for the new date, subject to availability.
- Cancellation by the recipient: any cancellation without rescheduling results in the permanent loss of the voucher, regardless of the date.
- Late arrival: arriving late may result in loss of the voucher — the session starts on time for the whole group.
- Cancellation by Oueds & Rios: in the event of cancellation on our part (unsafe conditions, low water levels), the voucher is retained and a priority reschedule is offered.
- Non-refundable: the gift voucher cannot be refunded.
